1. Services Overview

A&A Painting & Epoxy provides residential and commercial epoxy flooring, polyaspartic coatings, and painting services in Michigan. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Garage floor epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
• Basement floor coatings
• Commercial and industrial floor coatings
• Decorative concrete coatings
• Interior and exterior painting services

2. Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
• Quotes are based on the information provided and conditions observed at the time of assessment. Additional costs may apply if conditions differ from what was initially observed.
• Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual project scope, material requirements, and any unforeseen conditions discovered during the work.
• Quotes do not include permits, inspections, or fees unless explicitly stated.

3. Scheduling and Access

• You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area during scheduled service times.
• The work area must be cleared of personal belongings, vehicles, and obstacles before our arrival unless otherwise arranged.
• We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within estimated timeframes, but completion times may vary based on project complexity, weather conditions, and material curing requirements.
• Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance when possible.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to secure your project date. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement.
• Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the project unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
• We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms vary by service type:

• Workmanship Warranty: We warranty our workmanship against defects. Specific warranty periods will be provided in your service agreement.
• Material Warranties: Product manufacturers may provide separate warranties for materials used. We will provide relevant warranty information upon request.
• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, settling or movement of the substrate, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate remedy.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
• If materials have already been ordered for your project, you may be responsible for the cost of non-returnable materials.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project requirements and property conditions
• Disclose any known hazards, structural issues, or conditions that may affect the work
• Ensure proper ventilation is available during and after coating applications
• Follow all care and maintenance instructions provided for your new flooring or coating
• Allow adequate curing time before using the treated areas as instructed

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&A Painting & Epoxy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Damages arising from pre-existing conditions of the substrate or structure
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Color variations that may occur due to lighting conditions or monitor displays

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to the Site
• Submit false or misleading information through contact forms or quote requests
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our written permission

10. Intellectual Property

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises relating to these Terms or our services, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Macomb County, Michigan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability
